Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F. Have a baking sheet ready to place breadsticks on.
  2. Remove broccoli from stem and chop into chunks to make 4 cups.
  3. Add the chopped broccoli to a food processor and pulse until the texture is similar to rice.
  4. Add in your nutritional yeast (or cheese), sea salt and basil. Pulse until combined.
  5. In a bowl place your pulsed broccoli mixture with your eggs and water and stir.
  6. Spread dough out evenly over baking sheet– can make as thick or thin as you like.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden, crispy on the edges and cooked through the middle.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and let cool. Cut crust into breadsticks and enjoy!
