Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, protein powder, cocoa. Stevia blend, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, microwave 1 whole banana for 30 seconds to soften and then mash until smooth. Add and mix in yogurt, milk and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips,
  5. Line muffin pan with 12 liners. Spoon batter evenly.
  6. Slice ½ banana into 12 slices. Top each muffin with a slice.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until a fork comes out clean. Let cool. Enjoy!
