      1. Heat oven to 300 F degrees with a rack in the center.
      2. Whisk the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the oats and peanuts.
      3. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet and smooth into one layer. Do not toss!
      4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden. Let cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
