Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla together. Make sure mixture is well blended.
  2. Pour mixture into a shallow bowl that is wide enough to place a slice of bread.
  3. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and put on medium-high heat.
  4. Place each slice of bread into the egg mixture in the shallow bowl. Allow the bread to soak in the some of the mixture and then place onto the hot skillet.
  5. Cook the french toast until golden-brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh fruit or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
