      Ingredients

      CRUST
      1. -Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a bowl mix oat bran and 1 cup of water. Microwave for 2-3 minutes (or cook oat bran how you choose). -Add 1 scoop protein and mix well. -Spray an 8X8 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly on the bottom of pan. -Bake for 20 minutes.
      PUMPKIN FILLING
      1. -In a mixing bowl beat the 2 eggs. Add in 2 scoops of protein powder and 1/3 cup water and mix well. -Add in pumpkin and dash of salt and mix well. -Once the crust is done, spread the pumpkin mixture evenly on top of crust in the pan. -Bake at 450 for 30 minutes. -Let cool completely. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. -Serve and enjoy!
