Instructions
  1. Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Blend all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour or scoop batter onto the griddle using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  4. When the pancake starts to bubble on the top and is golden brown on the bottom side, flip it and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Top pancakes with 100% real maple syrup, honey, fruit and/or any other desired toppings.
