Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice).
  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, stir together wet ingredients (maple syrup, pumpkin puree, almond milk).
  4. Stir in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour batter evenly into baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until a fork/toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy this fall seasonal treat!
