Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together all dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice).
- In a separate large mixing bowl, stir together wet ingredients (maple syrup, pumpkin puree, almond milk).
- Stir in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter evenly into baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a fork/toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy this fall seasonal treat!
