Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Other Ingredients
- 4 dates chopped
- 1/4-1/2 cup walnuts
Servings: cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add dry ingredients into the large bowl.
- Add the other ingredients into the large bowl. Mix together.
- Roll dough into 1 inch sized ball and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
May also add in dark chocolate chips, other nuts and/or anything else you desire!
